Privacy Policy

• Online booking: your name, email address, phone number (optional), any notes you add, and the services, date, time and technician you choose.
• Offer and voucher claims: your email address.

Please do not include sensitive information, such as health details, in booking notes.

We use this information to schedule and manage your appointment, send booking and voucher emails, notify our staff about new bookings, and contact you about your visit when needed.

When you visit the website, we and our service providers collect:

• Pages you view and actions you take, such as starting a booking, completing a booking, tapping our phone number or opening directions.
• How you arrived at the site, such as the referring website, campaign tags (UTM parameters) and Google Ads click identifiers. We store this with your booking to understand which advertising brings customers.
• Device and browser information and approximate location derived from your IP address, collected by Google Analytics.
• If you open a page that does not exist, the address you tried, the referring page and your browser type, so we can fix broken links.

This information is collected using cookies and similar technologies set by Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads.

We advertise with Google Ads. To measure which ads lead to bookings, calls and directions requests, the website reports these actions to Google. When you complete a booking, your email address and phone number are converted into a one-way encrypted code (SHA-256 hash) in your browser and that code is sent to Google, which uses it to match the booking to an ad click ("enhanced conversions"). Your email address and phone number are not sent to Google in readable form.

Google may use cookies to show you our ads on other websites. You can control ad personalization at Google Ad Settings and learn how Google uses data at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. Google, through the tags described above, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our website.

Some pages show content from other companies: a Google Maps map (loaded only after you choose to show it) and gallery videos from YouTube, Instagram or TikTok. Gift cards are bought on Square's website. These companies may collect information under their own privacy policies.

We share information only with providers that help us run the website and the salon:

• Supabase: database that stores bookings and voucher claims.
• Vercel: website hosting.
• Resend: sends booking and voucher emails.
• Telegram: notifies our staff about new bookings.
• Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads): website analytics and advertising measurement, as described above.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, to request that we delete or correct it, and to opt out of the use of your information for targeted advertising. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online.

We may update this policy when our website or practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
